The MHS Beta Club used some of their fundraiser proceeds to donate to the Disciple Fellowship Organizations Native American Toy Drive. For 32 year, the DFC donates goods, toys, and basic needs to reservations in South Dakota and Montana. #19EveryStudent

Betty&Oliver Chibwe,originally from Zambia, visited some World Lit students at MHS. Many of their experiences mirror those of characters in our African Lit unit. They now run a foundation to provide school supplies and build schools and medical clinics for young people in Africa.
