We are excited to invite all new and returning families to two important back-to-school events at Mascoutah Elementary School!

🏫 MES New Family Tours
Our New Family Tours are designed for any family who is new to MES, including our incoming Kindergarten families! This is a great opportunity to walk through our building, get familiar with the layout, and learn where you will go on the first day of school.

Please note: Teachers will not be available during the tours, and classrooms will be closed and locked. This event is simply a chance to take a walk through the building, find important locations, and get the lay of the land before the first day arrives. And, of course, our amazing MES PTO will be there ready for families to sign up and get involved!

🍎 MES Open House
Open House is your opportunity to:
✅ Meet your child’s teacher
✅ Bring in school supplies
✅ Update transportation information
✅ Update medical or personal information
✅ Ask any questions as we prepare for a great school year!

We will also have our Food Services table available to answer questions and help families get ready for the year.

We look forward to welcoming our MES families and starting another fantastic year together!

Dear Parents,

We’re excited for a fun-filled Field Day Carnival tomorrow! Please remember to:

Dress your child in socks and tennis shoes for the bounce houses and the High Flight Ninja course.
Check the attached flyer for your child’s team color to wear.
Apply sunscreen before sending your child to school.
Check out the Two Flyers attached for all information.

All volunteer positions are now filled, and volunteers have been contacted. Volunteer badges, schedules, and instructions will be available at the check-in tent by the bus lane off Harnett Street.

Important: For safety reasons, only those who signed up through the Sign Up Genius link may volunteer or attend Field Day.

Thank you for helping us keep all students and staff safe while making tomorrow an amazing day for our kids!

What an incredible night at the Mascoutah Elementary band concert! Our talented students wowed us with several beautiful performances, including solos, duets, and ensembles—each one taking courage and dedication to shine on stage. A huge shout out to the amazing band instructor, Mrs. Lexi Gore, whose patience, expertise, and passion for music have inspired our students to grow and excel.
