Say cheese! 😁📸 This is a friendly reminder that MES Picture Day is TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 15! All students will have their school picture taken during the school day.
A few important reminders:
👕 Please do NOT wear green. Jostens uses a green screen for pictures, so green clothing may disappear into the background.
📸 No money or order form is needed tomorrow.
💻 About one week after Picture Day, families will be able to preview, personalize, and order pictures online at jostenspix.com/shop.

Mascoutah Elementary students had a blast skating into the new school year during our Beginning-of-the-Year Skate Night at Skate City! 🎉🛼
We were so excited to see more than 200 MES students come out to skate, laugh, and have fun with friends and families! 💜 It was an amazing night filled with smiles, music, and lots of memories.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for such a fantastic start to the school year! We can’t wait for more fun events together!

Our MES scholars were putting their creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work during an exciting hands-on STEM challenge!
Working in teams, students were challenged to **design and build a structure using only paper** while meeting specific design requirements. They had to communicate, test their ideas, make adjustments, and keep trying when their first plan didn’t quite work. That’s learning in action! 💡📐
We love seeing classrooms filled with students **thinking, creating, collaborating, and problem-solving together.** These are the moments when learning comes to life!
