Mascoutah High School, Principal

Mrs. Sandra Jouglard, Principal
Office hours are 7 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Welcome to the Mascoutah High School Web Site! My name is Sandra Jouglard and I have accepted the role of high school principal for the 2014-2015 school year.

I began my teaching career as a high school biology teacher. During that time, I coached high school softball, junior high softball, and 5th and 6th grade girls' and boys' basketball. After nine years of teaching, I was offered the job at Okawville High School as assistant principal. For the past 14 years I have been an Elementary Principal. I am enjoying working with young adults and excited we have moved into the new high school.

People are always asking me what interests I have. I have always been a sports enthusiast and love music. I would encourage every high school student to get involved with some type of extracurricular activity whether it be sports, band, chorus, or clubs.

Please know that I will always be willing to talk with you if you have questions or concerns.
